All of our products are absolutely guaranteed. Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right.

- What should I do if I never receive my order?
Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team with the order number and we’ll be happy to help.
- How do I use coupons or gift cards?
To use a coupon code or a gift card, enter it into the “Gift card or coupon” field during checkout and click “Apply.
Please note that each code can only be used once. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Is everything true to size?
At Lavite Clothing, we take pride in our dedication to making sure that all of our pieces are true to size. The best way to choose the right size for you is to take your measurements according to our ‘How to Measure’ guide above.
- I never received a confirmation email for my order but I thought I placed it. What is the status of my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order that means we did not receive your order. Your payment more than likely was not accepted.
- Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order ships, we can’t make any changes to it, including to the shipping address.
If you reach out to us via our email address at [email protected], we may be able to cancel your order for you. On Monday to Saturday, orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed, so we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
- Can my order be delivered internationally?
International ordering through laviteclothing.com is currently unavailable while we work on enhancing the international ordering process. International ordering will be available soon.

- Are the shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.
